We are looking for an ERP Administratorto join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.
The ERP Administrator who will be reporting directly under the VP of ERP will be responsible for managing the corporate Acumatica ERP system, supporting its users, taking ownership of our Acumatica helpdesk, and continually improving the ERP system. This role will also lead various customization, software development, and integration projects, designing, developing new, and maintaining existing Acumatica customizations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design and develop new Acumatica customizations and integrations tailored to meet the specific needs of our organization Troubleshoot and maintain existing customizations and integrations, ensuring their functionality and compatibility with system upgrades Successfully manage the company's Acumatica ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance Provide ongoing support to Acumatica ERP users, resolving issues, and addressing user concerns promptly Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including customization deployments, updates, upgrades, and performance optimizations Offer technical guidance to other team members and stakeholders on Acumatica-related mattersWHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
4+ years of experience managing ERP solutions, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and processes. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Acumatica support, or customization/programming, or functional/implementation consultant experience with Acumatica ERP. Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework Knowledge of T-SQL and experience working with Microsoft SQL relational databases. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a distributed team. Willingness to occasionally work on weekends for scheduled maintenance tasks.
