License Specialist

About the Job:
We are looking for a License Specialist who will be responsible for educating our customers on Qt’s license policies, ensuring compliance with Qt T&Cs, providing data analysis on Qt usage, and working in cooperation with internal teams to minimize the legal risk associated with non-compliance.
You will:
Educate customers on licensing requirements and best practices Ensure customer's compliance with Qt software licensing terms and conditions Conduct license Compliance Audits Collaborate with internal teams on process identification and escalation Do data analysis on Qt Usage + reporting on license management activities Provide excellent customer service your daily work includes strong cross-functional collaboration Handles standard compliance cases independently Collaborates with Sales and Legal teams on cross-team compliance matters
About You :
Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science/business, law or a relevant field Multiple years of experience using Microsoft suite of products including PowerBI and Excel, Experienced with Salesforce or other CRM system experience is a plus Audit experience Familiarity with software development tools, including IDE’s and Code Repositories Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detailed-oriented and outstanding follow-through skills A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently Ability to successfully handle multiple, high-urgency requests reliably and meet the deadlines Familiarity with open-source software, third-party licensing, open-source approval processes, or license compliance governance is highly valued
