Om rollen
I support teamet er ingen dager like, og for å lykkes i rollen, må du være selvmotivert, kreativ og ha gode analytiske ferdigheter. Det aller viktigste er å ha spesielt gode mellommenneskelige og relasjonsbyggende ferdigheter. Du skal være førstelinje ut mot våre kunder, restaurant -og budpartnere; og alle skal oppleve den samme gode kontakten fra vår side. Support er rett og slett vårt konkurransefortrinn og vi skal være best i klassen. Som en del av teamet vårt i Oslo får du se og lære alle delene ved Wolt. Det gir en god plattform for større ansvarsområder og til å ta neste steg i karrieren.
Vær oppmerksom på at arbeidet utføres på skift og vil innebære ettermiddag/kveld og helgevakter . Dette er en deltidsstilling med mulighet for mellom 10-20 timer i uken.
Rollebeskrivelse
Kundefokus: Som del av support teamet, vet du at kundedialog handler om mer enn å bare løse problemer. Vårt oppdrag er å gi kundene en ekstraordinær og minneverdig opplevelse. Hver gang
Teamfokus: Du vil jobbe på et team med variert bakgrunn og erfaring, men som alle brenner for samme mål. I tillegg vil du jobbe inn mot de sentrale funksjonene i Wolt; Operations, Marketing, Retail og Restaurant.
Kommunikasjon: Du har evne til å kommunisere godt, også når det er hektisk, med flere baller i luften samtidig. Du har en evne til å tilpasse deg og hvordan du kommuniserer avhengig av situasjonen og den du kommuniserer med.
Personlig preg: Du er kreativ, liker det å være litt leken når du kommuniserer og finner løsning på problemer.
Få ting gjort: Du har en "can do" holdning og gjennomfører oppgavene du har sagt du skal gjøre.
Our humble expectations
Du har erfaring fra kunderettede roller, for eksempel kundeservice.
Du lærer raskt, og er flink til å multitaske. Kundekommunikasjonen kan skje gjennom mange forskjellige kanaler samtidig så du må kunne prioritere og sortere.
Du er "tech savvy", og lærer fort hvordan du kan benytte ulike kommunikasjons- og overvåkingssystemer, uten å miste oversikten.
Du kjenner gjerne Oslos matscene og veikartet godt da det er en styrke i kommunikasjonen med våre restaurant -og budpartnere.
Du er en "racer" på tastaturet.
Du mestrer norsk og engelsk flytende.
Du har mulighet til å jobbe 10 - 20 timer i uken.
Har du muligheten til å jobbe morgen, kveld, natt og helger - vi er åpne 24 timer, 3 dager i uken (torsdag - søndag).
