GroupM Nexus ser etter en fagleder for Print og Utendørs.

Litt om stillingen

Faglederen skal ha ansvar for teamets fag og kompetanse og du har dermed det overordnede produkt- og leveranseansvaret for teamet. I tillegg er du øverste ansvarlige for den faglige utviklingen. Det innebærer en effektiv wayofwork for hele teamet, kommersialisering av tjenester og produkter, strategi og budsjettering. Innovasjon og evolusjon av leveransene er en naturlig del av rollen. Du vil også følge opp eksterne partnere og relevante interessenter i byråene. Ditt hovedansvar er å drive den faglige utviklingen av området fremover

Oppgaver

Oppfølging og utvikling av egen kundeportefølje Inspirere kunder til å arbeide med oss ved å fokusere på solid leveranse, innovasjon, god rådgivning og utnyttelse av kreative muligheter. Lede en markedsledende avdeling ved å inneha den beste kompetansen, ha de beste produktene, og samtidig sørge for at leveransene er "best i klassen". Sørge for best mulig samarbeid og synergier i gruppen/selskapet, blant annet ved å inneha ekspertise, stille til sparring og sørge for leveranser med høy kvalitet og integritet. Sørge for at teamet maksimerer sitt potensiale, ved å sikre relevante ferdigheter og ekspertise, i tillegg til å realisere potensialet dette utgjør. Lage og gjennomføre strategi for å oppnå høy grad av kundetilfredshet, med utspring i ditt team. Sørge for god kunnskapsdeling fra fagfeltet, både internt og eksternt, ved å kommunisere nyheter og relevant kunnskap fra Line of Business. Være en konstruktiv bidragsyter i lederforum, og gi overordnede betraktninger og strategiske innspill til beslutningstakere.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

3-5 års erfaring med print og utendørs 2 års erfaring med å lede team Erfaring fra mediebyrå eller liknende Erfaring med å lage strategi, sette forretningsmål, KPIer og måle performance (forretning og folk)
