Sales Specialist i Health & Medical

Vi skal nå ansette ny Sales Specialist som skal ha ansvaret for en viktig del av Østlandsområdet som ligger nord for Oslo. Det er en viktig rolle i selskapet, så vi ser frem til å bli kjent med deg som ønsker å jobbe med og for oss.

Forretningsområdet som denne rollen er en del av er Health and Medical, som betyr at vi retter oss mot apotek, bandasjister, hjemmebaserte omsorgstjenester, sykehjem og sykehus.

Salgsteamet, som du vil være en del av, har ansvaret for alle kundene innen helsesegmentet i landet. Rollen rapporterer direkte til Sales Manager. Totalt er Essity Health and Medical Norway 23 personer, med Marketing, Strategic Account Managers, Clinical Education, Commercial Analytics i tillegg til Sales Specialists. Vi omsetter for rett i underkant av 500 millioner.

Om rollen:

Vi har en veldig sterk portefølje av merkevarer og som Sales Specialist er du ansvarlig for definerte kundegrupper; både når det gjelder innsalg og opplæring av nye produkter, oppfølging av eksisterende produktportefølje - og opplæring i produktene på apotek, bandagister, institusjoner, sykehjem og sykehus.

Du vil gjennomføre varierte typer kundemøter; alt fra personlig oppfølging av dine kontaktpunkter, møter i samspill med samarbeidspartnere, eller som en del av Essity-teamet på større kunde-eventer.

Som Sales Specialist er du mye på farten - faktisk er nesten hele uken ute hos kunder. Samtidig har du et kompetent team og støtteapparat i Essity som bidrar deg underveis.

Du må derfor være en person som stolt kan representerer selskapet på en profesjonell måte - og du har det lille ekstra som gjør at du forstår hva kundene dine har behov for.

Dine ansvarsområder:

  1. Gjennomføre mål, strategier og planer med bidrag, kontroll og energi.
  2. Bygge gode relasjoner med nøkkelpersoner hos kundene.
  3. Sørge for fornøyde kunder.
  4. Se etter muligheter for å selge nye produkter og løsninger til eksisterende kunder.
  5. Utvikle gode strategier for å utvide mellomstore kundekontoer.
  6. Synliggjøre verdien av produktene og tjenestene på en engasjerende måte Produktdemonstrasjoner og presentasjoner i verdensklasse er målet :)
  7. Bidra med super kundeservice når kundene lurer på alt fra økonomi, logistikk til kliniske spørsmål.
  8. Jobbe i tverrfaglige team, internt og eksternt, for å sette sammen helhetlige og verdiskapende løsninger til kundene.
  9. Holde kontroll på salgsutvikling på egne kunder.

Kvalifikasjoner:

  1. Kommersiell teft - du vet når en forretningsmulighet er der og hvordan du griper den.
  2. Du vet hva gode kunderelasjoner betyr - hvordan etablere, bygge og vedlikeholde.
  3. Erfaring fra lignende roller, fortrinnsvis fra helsemarkedet.
  4. Gjerne relevant utdanning, men rett person trumfer akademiske resultater.
  5. Erfaring i bruk av digitale verktøy, inkludert CRM.
  6. Riktige kandidat må være bosatt sentralt på Østlandet, fortrinnsvis nord for Oslo.
  7. Kandidaten må mestre både engelsk og norsk, og må trives med å være mye i bil.
