Bli med i vårt team hos Element Logic som konsernjurist I rollen vil du samarbeide tett med sentrale stakeholders både internt og eksternt, samt med vår konsernledelse. Rollen er lokalisert ved vårt hovedkontor på Kløfta, men vil favne alle markeder vi opererer i globalt.

Om rollen
Vi ser etter en entusiastisk og kompetent bidragsyter til vår relativt nyopprettede avdeling for juridisk og compliance. Avdelingen gir løpende juridisk bistand til konsernledelsen og forretningsenhetene i inn- og utland, innenfor blant annet kontraktsrett, personvern, IPR, virksomhetsstyring, selskapsrett, arbeidsrett, M&A mv. Du vil i stor grad kunne være med å forme dine ansvarsområder og din egen arbeidshverdag. Du vil jobbe både selvstendig og i team med interne og eksterne bidragsytere. Du har et kommersielt tankesett og et ønske om å hjelpe virksomheten med nå sine ekspansive mål gjennom fornuftig risikostyring. Dine arbeidsoppgaver / du vil bidra med:

  • Kontraktsforhandlinger
  • Utvikling og vedlikehold av kontraktsmaler og kontraktsarkiv
  • Utvikling av konsernets compliance-funksjon
  • Fremme beste praksis for juridisk og compliance i organisasjonen
  • Ulike former for opplæring innen blant annet kontraktsrett og compliance
  • Støtte ESG-relaterte prosjekter
  • Videreutvikling av gode prosesser og digitalisering innenfor avdelingens ansvarsområder
  • Forvaltning av konsernets styrende dokumenter (virksomhetsstyring)
  • Tvisteløsning
  • Løpende forretningsjuridisk rådgivning til konsernledelse og forretningsenheter

Vi ser etter deg med kommersiell interesse, som er analytisk og løsningsorientert, holder en høy etisk standard og som også har gode samarbeidsevner. Du må være proaktiv, ansvarsfull og trives i et miljø hvor tidspress er vanlig. Rollen vil utfordre deg på flere områder, og evnen til selvstendighet og initiativ er avgjørende. Samtidig verdsetter vi samarbeid og evnen til å støtte kollegaer. Vi ser etter en positiv person med gode kommunikasjonsevner, som er villig til å ta på deg store og små oppgaver.

Ferdigheter og erfaring:

  • Mastergrad i jus
  • Minimum 2 års erfaring innen ett eller flere relevante områder som kontraktsrett, personvern, IPR, virksomhetsstyring, selskapsrett, arbeidsrett, M&A mv.
  • God forretningsforståelse, løsningsorientert
  • Gode kommunikasjonsevner, i tillegg til god skriftlig og muntlig formuleringsevne på engelsk.
  • God skriftlig og muntlig formuleringsevne på tysk er en fordel, men ingen nødvendighet.
