Our People Operations team serves as an enabling advisor to business stakeholders and this position reports to VP of People.
Your impact as our new Compensation & Benefits Manager

- Direct all aspects of salary reviews, bonus allocations, and long-term incentive programs, seamlessly integrating with our internal Career & Development Framework.
- Lead comprehensive market analysis, manage strategic vendor partnerships, and evaluate service proposals to optimize our rewards investments.
- Partner with People Advisory, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to deliver data-driven compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and organizational changes.
- Drive critical reporting initiatives including equality analyses, CSRD compliance, and organizational assessments to ensure adherence to evolving standards.
- Continuously enhance our benefits portfolio and provide recommendations for new market entries to maximize talent attraction and retention.
To succeed in this role we believe you have
- A proven track record designing and implementing salary structures, benefits programs, and multi-faceted incentive systems.
- The ability to synthesize compensation data, identify market trends, and model financial impacts of rewards decisions.
- A demonstrated success as a trusted advisor to leadership, employees and peers, with the ability to build relationships and drive strategic compensation discussions at all levels.
- Attention to detail in administering reward programs, benefits systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Business acumen with experience navigating international compensation structures, vendor negotiations, and varying regulatory requirements.
Valuable additions, but not a prerequisite-
- Strong foundation in compensation regulations, tax implications, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to align compensation architecture with long-term business strategy and organizational growth objectives.
You are a dedicated, proactive person who thrives in fast-paced environments. Your analytical mindset is balanced with strategic thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
