Head of B2B Sales

We're looking for a new Head of Sales to lead the Sales Department at Talkmore Business, with the responsibility of driving sales and customer growth across internal and external sales channels. This includes focusing on achieving strong sales results in both volume and quality, as well as playing a key role in shaping and executing the strategic agenda of Talkmore Business.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and further develop Talkmore Business' sales department by managing both internal resources and external agents.
- Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning long-term goals with actionable short-term plans, while ensuring effective performance tracking and budget management.
- Ensure the sales team continuously develops the necessary skills and operates in optimal conditions to achieve strategic objectives.
- Drive an analytical approach to decision-making by advancing the insights database and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a central figure in cross-functional prioritization discussions, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Build a positive and thriving sales culture by ensuring team members are engaged, motivated, and aligned with Talkmore's vision for growth and success.
- Bachelor's Degree but relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Minimum of 4 years of Experience in the Telecom Industry.
- At least 4 years of leadership experience.
- Proven negotiation skills within the business segment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on B2B sales KPIs.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems.
- Experience in building and managing a nationwide agent network for solution sales to SMB B2B customers.
- Expertise in prospecting, training, and managing telemarketing operations in a B2B context.
- Experience in developing sales partnerships and collaborating with industry organizations.
- Adaptability & Flexibility.

- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
