Fenix er en kommersiell tilvekstpartner til de største nordiske medieaktørene, hvor vi jobber med salg og produksjon av ulike markedsføringskonsepter i en bred portefølje av kanaler. Her vil man være del av et større konsern med hovedkontor i Stockholm, hvor vi i Oslo er ca. 20 ansatte. Som en del av salgsteamet vil du jobbe sammen med unge ambisiøse kollegaer som er spesialister på kommunikasjon og kommersielle verdier. Til tross for at alle ansatte har høy arbeidsmoral, er vi samtidig veldig opptatt av å ha det gøy både under og etter arbeidsdagen. I tillegg til faglige og sosiale arrangementer på kontoret, setter vi pris på årlige turer og mer hverdagslige sosiale sammenkomster.

I stillingen som Account Manager vil du jobbe med prosjektstyring og salg av markedsføring i både kontekstuelle og brede medier sammen med flere av landets største mediehus, i tillegg til nisjeplattformer som apper, Snapchat og YouTube. Du vil være din egen prosjektleder og få ansvar for kunder og budsjett. Som ny i stillingen vil du få full opplæring med høy faglig kompetanse av nærmeste ledere og kollegaer. Du vil bli utfordret, applaudert og godt belønnet for dine resultater både inviduelt og i team.

  • Har eller er i ferd med å fullføre en Bachelorgrad
  • Ønsker å jobbe med prosjektstyring og salg av markedsføring
  • Ønsker å være del av en spennende reise i selskap i vekst
  • Har pågangsmot og ambisjoner om å nå langt i sin karriere
  • Har god humor, godt humør og tar seg selv lite høytidelig
  • Har gode kommunikasjonsferdigheterEr en lagspiller, men jobber også godt selvstendig

Som en Account Manager er dine ansvarsområder følgende:

  • Utarbeide kommersielle verdier på ditt ansvarsområde
  • Gjøre research og prospektere nye kunder
  • Tilby markedssjefer/beslutningstakere trygge markedsføringskonsepter i seriøse kontekster
  • Oppsøkende salg med din idé/kommersielle verdi for aktuelle bedrifter
  • Lede og styre egne salgsaktiviteter
  • Ansvar for eget budsjett
  • Være en tydelig lagspiller for teamet
  • Liker et sosialt arbeidsmiljø med rom for feiring av gode prestasjoner
