Job Description:
Arrow ECS i Norge søker nå engasjerte og dyktige Business Development Managere (BDM) for vårt sikkerhetsteam. Dette er en unik mulighet til å jobbe med verdensledende teknologi, skape reelle verdier for kunder, og bidra til å bygge sikre løsninger som gjør en forskjell.
Hva går jobben ut på?
Som BDM for sikkerhet vil du være en sentral drivkraft i vår vekststrategi. Rollen innebærer både direkte kundekontakt og tett samarbeid med våre partnere. Du vil:
- Identifisere og utvikle nye forretningsmuligheter innen sikkerhetsløsninger.
- Jobbe proaktivt med partnere og kunder for å forstå deres behov og presentere relevante løsninger.
- Støtte og styrke partnersamarbeid ved å tilby opplæring, rådgivning og støtte i salgsprosesser.
- Bygge relasjoner på tvers av hele økosystemet - fra leverandører til sluttkunder.
- Drive vekst ved å utvikle og gjennomføre strategiske planer for markedet i Norge.
Hva ser vi etter i deg?
Vi søker deg som har:
- Erfaring fra salg, forretningsutvikling eller partnerutvikling, gjerne innen IT- eller sikkerhetsbransjen.
- En god forståelse for sikkerhetsløsninger og evnen til å forklare komplekse teknologier på en enkel måte.
- Sterke relasjonsbyggende egenskaper og evne til å skape tillit hos både kunder og partnere.
- Strukturert og proaktiv tilnærming med evne til å prioritere og levere resultater.
- Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter på norsk og engelsk.
