We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Development Lead to join our European team and play a key role in driving sales growth through our channel partner network.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with our channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and other strategic partners with a focus on UK&I, Central and Northern Europe.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our channel partners have the tools and resources necessary to effectively sell and promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth through our channel partner network
  • IDentify and recruit new channel partners to expand our distribution network
  • Manage relationships with existing channel partners, including providing training, support, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure channel partners have the necessary tools and resources
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing channel partner programs
  • Deep understanding of AV channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
