Sales and Business Development Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with dealers in the automotive industry. You will understand our clients' needs and deliver BYD products and services, negotiating contracts, providing technical expertise, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Head of Sales Norway & Iceland to develop and execute sales strategies and plans for Norway and Iceland, with a primary focus on visiting retail stores.
- Conducting regular visits to retail locations across Norway and Iceland to support and motivate the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to achieve sales targets.
- Leading by example, actively engaging in store visits and providing product demonstrations and sales support to drive sales performance.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering loyalty to the OEM's products.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the retail channel.
- Monitoring competitor activities and market trends in the retail sector, providing insights and recommendations to stay competitive.
- Working with the sales team to set individual store-level sales targets and closely tracking and assessing their progress.
- Providing regular reports and updates to the Head of Sales Norway & Iceland on retail performance, market feedback, and sales opportunities.
- Assisting in coordinating promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the store level to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
