Sales and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Fieldnode. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our growth and strengthening our commercial presence in the energy sector.
About FieldnodeFieldnode is a leading provider of digital spare parts management solutions. We connect end-users, OEMs, and 3D-printing factories to drive sustainability, streamline workflows, and enable on-demand localized production.
Our goal is to simplify supply chains by shipping files, not parts. Through our high-quality manufacturing network, we're building an agile and resilient ecosystem that links operators, OEMs, and engineering companies to meet today's demands and prepare for tomorrow's challenges.
In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to our customers. You will also be responsible for building strategic partnerships and contributing to scaling our digital spare parts marketplace.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, change management, and customer relationship management (CRM). You will also need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Your Responsibilities- Sales Development: Drive outreach and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global customers.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with business and legal requirements.
