Job Overview

This is an entry-level role that offers the perfect opportunity to kickstart your sales career in a SaaS company. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for researching prospects, qualifying them, and connecting with them to provide a stellar first impression of LeadDesk and our product.

You will work closely with the Account Managers and Country Manager to ensure smooth sales processes and enhance interactions in our team.

Responsibilities
  • Researching prospects to match their needs with our offerings
  • Qualifying prospects while knowing which ones aren't the right fit
  • Connecting with prospects and providing a stellar first impression of LeadDesk and our product
  • Working closely with the Account Managers and Country Manager to ensure smooth sales processes and enhance interactions in our team

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to develop into a high-performing Sales Development Representative and will be able to close 40 meetings each month. You will also need to have learned the ins and outs of LeadDesk's product and buyer persona, reflected in your effective pitches to the right clients to connect their needs to our business-critical solution.
