We're looking for a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team on our journey towards #ForeverCaring in Ostomy Care. In this role, you'll work closely with our most valuable Health Care Customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored solutions. As a key player in our sales team, you'll help healthcare professionals achieve their goals while driving account growth for Convatec.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Building and leading National OC Advisory Board.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key HCPs, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Meeting country sales targets and New Acute Start targets.

About Your Background:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Medical Sales Experience, preferably within Ostomy Care specialty.
  • Proven experience in business management and project leadership.
  • Critical Thinking/Problem Solving.
  • Oral/Written Communications.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
