We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to join us on our journey towards #ForeverCaring in Ostomy Care. In this role, you will be the strategic partner for our most valuable Health Care Customers, ensuring they receive the best service and tailored solutions. As a key player in our sales team, you are helping health care professionals achieve their goals while driving account growth for Convatec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key HCPs, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Meeting country sales targets and New Acute Start targets.
About You:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Medical Sales Experience, preferably within Ostomy Care specialty.
- Proven experience in business management and project leadership.
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving.
- Oral/Written Communications.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
