
Wound Care Sales Expert

We're transforming the way we do business at Rhian_Convatec, and we need your expertise to help us succeed. As a Business Manager, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
In this role, you'll work closely with our most valuable Health Care Customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored solutions. As a key player in our sales team, you'll help healthcare professionals achieve their goals while driving account growth for Convatec.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Meeting country sales targets and New Acute Start targets.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key HCPs, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
About You:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Medical Sales Experience, preferably within Ostomy Care specialty.
- Proven experience in business management and project leadership.
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving.
- Oral/Written Communications.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
