Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and schedule service appointments for Field Engineers based on availability, location, and urgency.
  2. Maintain regular communication with Field Engineers, ensuring they are informed of any changes in schedule or instructions.
  3. Address customer complaints or concerns, providing timely updates and ensuring their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  4. Manage the Service order process from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
  5. Contribute to the development of relevant policies and procedures and participate in regular reviews.
  6. Ensure the system remains up to date with accurate asset data.
  7. Guarantee correct spare parts are available for Field Service capacity and timing planning.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment working as a planner with knowledge or interest in electronics in a B2B market.
  2. Training in specific tools is foreseen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  3. A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in both Norwegian and English is necessary.
