About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and expand relationships with key customers within the Marine sectors. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong partnerships with shipowners, shipyards, and technical managers.

Ideal candidates have experience with our products or similar safety systems, which helps establish credibility with customers.

This role is based in Norway, and you will work from our office in Oslo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships, primarily in the Marine industry.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and complementary solutions from partners.
  • Promote our product portfolio and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with distributors and subcontractors to maximize market reach.
  • Provide customers with technical and commercial support.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to optimize solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Experience with our products or similar safety systems is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • International, multicultural experience.
  • Comfortable using MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Driven and self-motivated team player.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
