About the Department:

The Commercial Sales department is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with key clients in the fleet industry. In addition, gathering market intelligence and supporting country managers and local sales teams in approaching new business opportunities.

About the Role:

Mainly responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in designated regions, understanding the specific needs and requirements of each account, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and revenue growth, working closely with the country manager and local sales teams to develop local business and gather market data.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  2. Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  3. Managing existing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Meeting sales targets for the region and local teams, monitoring and reporting sales performance and action plans per country.
  5. Training and managing local sales teams in designated regions.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  2. Relevant experience in the fleet industry or a related field is preferred.
  3. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Self-motivated, responsible, and independent.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  7. Fluent in English.
