This role involves working closely with our Operations and Technology teams to support client growth and travel management needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Foster strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner for travel-related matters.
- ACCOUNT PLAN DEVELOPMENT: Create customized strategies aligned with clients' business objectives, priorities, and key issues.
- PROFITABILITY ENHANCEMENT: Identify opportunities for pricing adjustments, technology introductions, or upselling to drive revenue growth.
- TEAM COLLABORATION: Work closely with colleagues across departments to meet customer requirements.
- AD-HOC PROJECT SUPPORT: Assist with special projects and undertake other reasonable duties as needed.
Your Qualifications
- Prior experience in travel management or related fields is highly valued.
- You should be able to act as a 'business owner,' owning the growth and profitability of client portfolios.
- A deep understanding of travel industry technology and business knowledge is essential.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills are necessary for engaging with clients at all levels.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English is required.
