Key Responsibilities- Market Proposition Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive market proposition that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth.
- Marketing and Innovation Support: Provide strategic marketing and innovation support to our business units, identifying opportunities for growth and developing plans to capitalize on them.
- Product Development: Collaborate with our research and development team to develop new products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform our business decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including sales, research and development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our marketing and innovation strategies.
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in innovation management, product development, or strategic marketing is preferred.
- Business Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, innovation, or product development, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- Aquaculture Experience: Experience in the aquaculture industry is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
