Global Systems Proposal Engineer

About the Role:
As a Global Systems Proposal Engineer at Carrier, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Account Managers in the Global Projects & Accounts (GPA) team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver high-quality proposals for global projects related to fire and gas detection systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed reviews of RFQ and enquiry documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare and write technical and commercial proposals in response to customer enquiries, highlighting the key benefits and value proposition of Carrier's solutions.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide inputs into proposals, ensuring coherence and consistency throughout.
* Liaise with the sales team, commercial and legal contracts staff to ensure proposals are risk-free and meet customer specifications.
* Assist Account Managers and customers with technical queries and provide pre-sales support.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical certification in a relevant discipline.
* Minimum of two years' experience in similar roles, preferably in global EPC bidding processes.
* Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a multicultural/cross-functional team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to communicate with customers worldwide.
* Proven ability to follow-up on issues and progress to meet leadership expectations.
* Experience with Autronica and Det-Tronics products and system integration practices or related industry.
