Glint Solar is accelerating the adoption of solar energy by building innovative solutions for the global market. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Growth Professional to join our team and help us scale international sales.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from identifying leads to scheduling meetings. This includes actively prospecting new opportunities through various outbound sales strategies such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person meetings.
We are seeking a collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience or interest in renewable energy and CRM (we use Hubspot) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities- Manage the sales funnel, from lead identification to meeting scheduling
- Prospect new opportunities through various outbound sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with the product team and Customer Success team
- Represent the company at conferences and trade shows
