About the Role

As we expand our operations, we're seeking a skilled UX designer to join our talented design team at our Oslo headquarters. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we resolve the right problems and solve them effectively.

Your influence will be vital in helping Strise stay ahead with innovative, user-centric products in the global arena of financial crime prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to solve complex problems and bring user-centric solutions to life.
  • Take a holistic approach to the overall user experience, considering the totality of the product and experience.
  • Contribute to balancing user needs and business objectives, guiding which problems to prioritize and solve.
  • Work across the whole customer lifecycle, involved in everything from brand and creative marketing to customer research and product design.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • A strong background in UX and product design with a proven track record of creating customer value.
  • The ability to use the right techniques to understand customer needs and synthesize insights into clear problem statements.
  • A passion for working with complexity and bringing clarity and direction to ambiguous challenges.
  • A team mindset, believing that working with others can move mountains.
  • Solid visual and communication skills, able to translate concepts into clear, compelling designs.
