Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Head- Land, License & Permits in acquiring land for solar/wind power projects.
- Identify business opportunities for joint development or outright land purchase.
- Understand land feasibility and suitability for renewable energy projects.
- Source land opportunities through property consultants and liaise with landowners.
- Graduation in BSc/BTech/LLB with 12-15 years' experience in land acquisition, specifically in Rajasthan.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of real estate concepts and geographical knowledge of the area.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and closing land deals.
