Statkraft is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Manager– Land, Licence and Permits to join its team in India.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring land for renewable energy projects.
  • Identifying business opportunities for joint development or outright land purchase.
  • Understanding land feasibility and suitability for renewable energy projects.
  • Collaborating with the legal department to ensure comprehensive due diligence of land documents.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in BSc/BTech/LLB with 12-15 years' experience in land acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indian government regulations and policies.
