Front Office Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team at the Radisson Blu Royal Garden Hotel, Trondheim. As a key member of our front office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the smooth operation of the front office department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest journey are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Supervise the front office team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
  • Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, and that productivity and performance levels are achieved.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Experience in front office operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills, with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
