As a Front Office Assistant Manager at Radisson Blu Royal Garden Hotel, Trondheim, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the front office department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level. This includes working proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.

You will also be responsible for supervising the front office team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained, and that effective working relationships are built and maintained with all key stakeholders.
