We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSEQ professional to provide HSEQ & ESG support and guidance for Renewable Energy projects at DeepOcean. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation and ensure compliance with HSEQ and ESG requirements, while also supporting tendering, operational projects, and worksites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational guidance for HSEQ & ESG requirements in all project phases within the Renewable Energy department.
  • Supervise and support HSEQ on a daily basis for all operational worksites and projects.
  • Ensure procedures, standards, and best practices are maintained.
  • Liaise with clients, third parties, and suppliers, attending project meetings, audits, and inspections.
  • Oversee and participate in risk assessments in relevant tendering, operational, and project phases.
  • Provide advice on hazardous working practices and necessary control measures.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with legislation and the Business Management System.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, including third-party accreditation processes.
  • Oversee incident and near miss reporting, guiding and supporting as required.
  • Develop and deliver HSEQ training, presentations, and familiarizations courses as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree or other equivalent recognized HSEQ & ESG qualification.
  • 5 years+ in discipline-related role.
  • Recognized Lead Auditor Qualifications.
  • Industry experience.
