We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Logistics team as an Outbound Engagement Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting potential and active riders through the application and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to applicants and active riders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Guide potential riders through the application process, helping them overcome challenges and move forward.
  • Assist active riders in getting started efficiently with onboarding.
  • Accurately document interactions in our systems and track data using tools like Sheets.
  • Provide exceptional service by building positive relationships with applicants and riders.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and logistics teams to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Align with internal teams on recruitment and onboarding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Ongoing bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or an administrative role with frequent outbound/inbound calls.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets and Slides), experience with support systems used by our logistics team.
  • Language: Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.
