At Nordic Hotels & Resorts, we're looking for a seasoned Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience as a manager within kitchen operations and hold a certificate as a chef.

The successful applicant will be responsible for partially overseeing all kitchen operations, including breakfast, à la carte, banquet functions, and canteen services. They will also be accountable for daily implementation of operations and service, control of deliveries, and activity at the hotel.

A key aspect of this role is co-responsibility for all staff in the kitchen departments. The successful applicant will participate in product orders and purchases, contribute to menu development across all concepts, refine products and teams, and share responsibility for recruiting chefs and other kitchen staff.

This position requires someone with excellent leadership skills, confidence, maturity, and the ability to motivate and lead tomorrow's kitchen stars and a stable team through good follow-up and control. They will work closely with the Executive Head Chef, who oversees all operations in the kitchen.
