Job Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to join our commercial team as a Senior Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning. Your primary focus will be on executing and managing renewals across EMEA, collaborating closely with our Customer Success and Account Executive teams.

Main Responsibilities:
• Drive and execute the renewal process for a portfolio of Kahoot customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions.
• Diligently and consistently uncover expansion and upsell opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals and reduce churn risk.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in account management/renewals within value-based B2B SaaS sales, working with enterprise customers.
• Proven success in managing a large portfolio of accounts, prioritizing, securing large expansions, and driving customer growth.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with a hands-on approach.
• Skilled at engaging decision-makers and key stakeholders, building lasting relationships.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Structured and data-driven mindset.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
