Med en stor investeringsbase som inkluderer kjente navner som Antler og StartupLab, og en vekst på over 300% i løpet av året, er vi godt forberedt til å ta Kobbr videre. Vi søker en driven og engasjert Account Executive til en sentral rolle i salgsteamet, som ønsker å bidra til vår spennende vekstprosess.

Som Account Executive vil du være ansvarlig for hele salgsprosessen fra å identifisere og kontakte potensielle nye kunder, til å forhandle frem og lukke avtaler. I tillegg vil du være ansvarlig for å følge opp din egen kundeportefølje og representere selskapet utad på konferanser og andre bransje-eventer. Du vil jobbe selvstendig men også i tett samarbeid med resten av salgsteamet for å nå våre vekstmål, og sikre at vi har en solid salgsprosess til enhver tid.

Som Account Executive vil du være en ekspert på å forstå våre løsninger og dens fordeler. Som en nøkkelperson mellom teknologien og kundene, vil du også bidra til å sikre at Kobbr kontinuerlig utvikles for å være tilpasset kundenes behov og ønsker.

Om deg

Det aller viktigste for oss er at du er en god relasjonsbygger og har et driv for å jobbe med salg og kunder. Arbeidsdagen vil til tider være hektisk i en voksende startup, så du må trives med mye ansvar og tempo. Og litt kaos. Ellers ser vi etter deg med:

  1. Minimum 3 års erfaring innen B2B salg
  2. En god relasjonsbygger som kommuniserer godt på norsk, både skriftlig og muntlig
  3. Du er resultatorientert, initiativrik og ikke redd for å gjøre feil Vi er et team som prøver og feiler sammen.
  4. God teknisk forståelse, opparbeidet via tidligere arbeidserfaring eller utdanning
  5. Du har anledning til å jobbe fra vårt kontor
  6. Det er en bonus om du har erfaring med CRM-systemer
