We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Proposal Coordinator to join our Nordic region. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and submission of compelling proposals that showcase Lenovo's value proposition and meet customer needs.

Working closely with sales, technical, and product teams, you will ensure that all aspects of the bid process are addressed effectively. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify risks and mitigate them through effective mitigation strategies.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bid management or a related field, preferably within the technology industry. You should possess a deep understanding of the market and be able to think creatively to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key responsibilities include developing bid strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals. You will also be involved in project management tasks when responding to large complex RFPs, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
