We are seeking an experienced Strategic Technology Partner Lead to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our account technology strategy team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation for our customers and achieving their business goals.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for building and growing relationships with our customers' technology executives, identifying opportunities for Microsoft solutions, and delivering industry-relevant technical briefings.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will help customers navigate their digital journeys, leverage the power of AI, and accelerate their AI vision.
  • You will work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives, leveraging virtual teams across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio, to deliver alternative solutions and drive account growth targets.

Responsibilities

  1. Synthesize Business Insights and Orchestrate Global Teams: You will synthesize business insights from various stakeholders and orchestrate global teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  2. Provide Thought Leadership and Customer Advocacy: As a subject matter expert, you will provide thought leadership, deep expertise, and industry knowledge to guide customers through their digital transformations.
  3. Develop and Drive Opportunities: You will develop and drive new business opportunities, present them to customers, and create demand for Microsoft solutions.
  4. Digital Transformation and Enablement: You will lead digital transformation initiatives, using corporate and cross-industry resources, and partner with line-of-business leaders to articulate the benefits of Microsoft technology over competitor solutions.
  5. Technical Mapping and Orchestration: You will map technical customer requirements to Microsoft technology platforms, orchestrate necessary teams and partners, and ensure demand generation and best practices for account planning.
  6. Culture and Values: You will embody Microsoft's culture and values, fostering a culture of inclusion and respect where everyone can thrive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, or related fields.
  • Experience working with virtual teams and presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation and driving customer business outcomes.
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
