Strategic Partnership Specialist

This role is responsible for managing distributors and wholesalers across the Nordics and Baltics, driving sales growth and profitability in collaboration with business units. The primary contact for distribution partners ensures effective communication, business planning, and strategic development.
We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our commercial team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans to achieve sales growth and profitability targets, building and maintaining relationships with distribution partners, and identifying opportunities for distributor consolidation and cost savings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, ensuring effective communication, business planning, and strategic development.
- Lead negotiations on targets, pricing, and commercial agreements.
