
Commercial Development Manager

TN Norway is expanding its commercial development efforts in the Nordic region, and we are seeking a talented Commercial Development Manager to lead this initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in the industrial distribution segment by developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy.
This role requires a strong background in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the distribution industry. You should have excellent leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of how to build strong relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital mindset and capabilities, including proficiency in Office applications.
We are looking for someone who is an expert negotiator, looking to find the best solution for all parties involved. A self-motivated individual who can work independently from home and travel up to 50 days per year will be preferred. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
