The Senior Account Manager will lead the renewal process for a portfolio of Kahoot customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions. This role involves driving expansion and upsell opportunities to grow the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive and execute the renewal process for a portfolio of Kahoot customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions.
• Diligently and consistently uncover expansion and upsell opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals and reduce churn risk.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their renewal needs.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in account management/renewals within value-based B2B SaaS sales, working with enterprise customers.
• Proven success in managing a large portfolio of accounts, prioritizing, securing large expansions, and driving customer growth.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with a hands-on approach.
• Skilled at engaging decision-makers and key stakeholders, building lasting relationships.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Structured and data-driven mindset.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
