Senior Sales Development Manager for Nordic Markets

**About the Job**
The Qt Company is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Nordic market.
With a strong background in sales and business development, you will leverage your expertise to build relationships with C-Level executives and decision-makers within technical development organizations. Your primary goal will be to cultivate strong partnerships and identify new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Nordic market
- Build relationships with C-Level executives and decision-makers within technical development organizations
- Prospect new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients
- Collaborate with sales management to strategize target accounts for effective sales
- Establish and nurture long-term, productive relationships with customers
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales (full sales cycle), ideally of a software or similar solution-based product
- Experience in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Proven track record of achieving measurable goals
- Existing contact network in large industrial companies is a plus
- Ability to be the technology advisor to prospects and customers
- Familiar with Software Development tools, Software Development Life Cycle, Sales Training (MEDDPICC) and SalesForce are a plus
