Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Account Executive at Sanity CMS, your primary objective will be to cultivate and grow relationships with key enterprise customers, driving revenue growth and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with our talented team to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing accounts, focusing on large-scale and enterprise customers.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions, driving customer value and account growth.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  6. Present accurate forecasts and financial models to executive leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record in selling complex technical solutions.
  • Strong background in closing new business, upselling, and solutions consulting, with a focus on large-scale and enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success in working with both business and technical leaders, influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships.
  • Proven ability to analyze data to find opportunities and demonstrate value, employing an analytical approach to account development.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Looker, and G-Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to define processes and build programs.
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
