As a Norwegian customer service representative, you'll be working with a diverse range of customers, providing top-notch support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions, including sales
- Guide customers through billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide timely resolutions
- Assist customers with placing orders and related issues
- Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with account problems
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures to effectively handle frequently asked questions
- Turn every customer into a satisfied customer
- Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
- Enjoy your time in Greece
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Sales experience with consumer products and services is an asset
- Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
- Advanced internet research skills
- An empathetic personality with strong communication skills
- A positive and adventurous attitude
