
Teacher Onboarding Specialist

The Educational Equality Institute is a Norwegian non-profit organization (NGO) that focuses on providing quality education to disadvantaged girls. In light of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, we initiated the 'Together for Ukraine' project to deliver free educational programs to 100,000 Ukrainians through education, upskilling, and employment.
This position requires a skilled Onboarding Class Coordinator for language teachers to facilitate the integration of new educators into our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with various teams to guarantee that our new educators feel prepared to provide top-notch education.
Main Job Responsibilities- Coordinate training sessions on classroom management and teaching techniques.
- Provide guidance on organizational policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires to address their queries and offer support.
- Regularly follow up with new hires to guarantee their full integration into the organization and attainment of performance objectives.
- Maintain precise records of employee onboarding and training.
- Nurture positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders involved in the onboarding process.
- Experience in onboarding, training, or human resources.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Will to identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes, and implement tools and software to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Experience in a multicultural team is an advantage.
