Drive sales and partnership growth in Norway's commercial real estate sector.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Growth Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new partnerships with building owners, franchise operators, and competitors in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to deliver at least 10 new partner locations per year, increasing system revenue by over 50M NOK annually.
- Generate awareness and visibility of our partnership proposition through B2B connections and networking activities.
- Source and convert prospective partners through a range of business development activities, including cold-calling, local canvassing, and pitching.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in sales and/or business development, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
