
Salon Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive sales performance and develop strategic partnerships with salons and stylists. This role offers a challenging opportunity to maximize profitable sales and distribution of products, enhance the profile and image of our product portfolio, and source new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successes in similar industry sectors, such as beauty, luxury, and fashion. Experience as a hairdresser or technical knowledge of colorants, treatments, and haircare products is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales performance through development of strategic partnerships with carefully identified salons and stylists.
- Continually identify opportunities to maximize profitable sales and distribution of products enhancing the profile and image of the Kao product portfolio.
- SOURCE AND DEVELOP NEW SELECT CUSTOMERS REPRESENTING THE KAO BRANDS INCLUDING GOLDWELL, KMS, ORIBE, VARIS.
