**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Archaeological Research Fellow to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our researchers to conduct advanced archaeological research and training in Norway.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in archaeology, research design, and data analysis. They will be responsible for conducting independent research projects, contributing to collaborative research initiatives, and mentoring junior researchers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent research projects related to archaeology and cultural heritage
  • Contribute to collaborative research initiatives with international partners
  • Mentor junior researchers in research design, data analysis, and publication
  • Develop and implement research plans and budgets

Requirements:

  • PhD in Archaeology or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in archaeological research and training
  • Excellent research design and data analysis skills
  • Experience mentoring junior researchers
