Client Success Executive
Rystad Energy Pty is seeking a skilled Customer Advocacy Executive to join our Client Success team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for fostering lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their long-term success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct and impactful engagement with Rystad Energy's largest clients globally.
  • Serve as primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong client advocates that enable the CSM to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Maintain and leverage all client data and interaction records in the CRM system.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in relevant Energy sectors.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to understand and translate customer needs.
