As Growth Strategist and Co-Founder, you'll play a crucial role in establishing relationships with Norwegian restaurants and partners. Working closely with experienced founders and marketing experts, you'll lead our expansion efforts, onboard new partners, and drive business development initiatives within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand FlavorScale's presence in the Norwegian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Norwegian restaurant owners and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze competition to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, partnerships, and growth strategy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
