About the Role

As a Strategic Project Manager at Instabee Norway, you'll play a critical role in our strategic business planning. You'll assess market opportunities and challenges, work with the Norwegian leadership team to set targets and develop plans, and drive cross-functional projects from scoping to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic business planning and goal-setting
  • Lead complex projects and drive business growth
  • Liaise with Country Manager and other Norwegian leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans
  • Monitor project performance, resolve blockers, and support the Country Manager in executing the project portfolio
  • Collaborate with global strategy resources on initiatives such as product launches and fundraising

We're seeking a highly analytical and driven individual with experience in top-tier management consulting or investment banking. A background in start-ups or scale-ups is a plus. You should have strong project management skills, with experience driving workstreams or entire projects from scoping to implementation.
