You should possess:

  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams
  • Experience in setting and managing sales budgets and targets
  • Skilled in contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to track and analyze performance metrics to drive results
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language
  • Proficiency in English, as it is our official language
